This was not a good experience for me. My money was spent and my time was lost. A service B service was provided and checking why the engine light was on. They kept my car for 3 days for this service. The engine light came back on the next day. I took it back twice and engine light is still on. I called for the owner 3 times and never received a return call. They never got to the root of the engine light remaining. A reset is not the answer. All I got was bring it back. A few days later, the engine light is back on. The first time they repaired it, the same day the engine light came back on. Again not a returned call regarding my concerns however my money spent and time lost.

Our original goal was to address the vehicle’s drivability concerns first and then approach the emissions issue in a way that could potentially save you from unnecessary expense. I’m sorry that the process and our communication did not reflect the experience we want our customers to have. Sam and JR were amazing. Took my car in for the B Service timely and to install an illuminated star. The service and communication were great. A1!
